Lonesome Sue & The Suitors

Lonesome Sue & the Suitors are a four piece band covering a variety of repertoire from the blues, country, rockabilly side of the fence. We also do covers of other popular songs, but always coloured with our own easy going and danceable style. Christchurch music scene and music theater veteran Leigh Wilson leads with her powerful and effortless vocal delivery and the band also features Mike Ferrar, who has played with the likes of Stan Walker, Annie Crummer and Elaine Paige, on guitar. Widely experienced and in demand professional musicians Pete Fleming (bass) and Greg Donaldson (drums) make sure the groove is always in the pocket.
