Hailing from Dundee, Scotland. Robert Glen was handed his first at a young age by his Father, a Fender Stratocaster. Growing up I’m a family of musicians he spent his teenage trying to master songs by the most complex and accomplished blues artists. Robert is a solo singer guitarist based in Wanaka. A seasoned singer and one man band, Robert produces magic through music, creating an environment for moving memories, every time and always. Since moving to New Zealand he has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with The Black Seeds, Paul Ubana Jones, Swamp Thing and Salmonella Dub. Performing as a singer guitarist in and around Wanaka and Queenstown, as well as traveling all over the South Island for over 10 years, he is a passionate and energetic acoustic singer for hire in Wanaka and Queenstown. Having entertained at hundreds of weddings and close to two thousand gigs as a singer guitarist in Wanaka and Queenstown, he has the ability to read and entertain any room with his guitar, voice and loop pedal.
