Rachel Hamilton

Auckland based singer/songwriter Rachel Hamilton has become a well recognised name in the local music scene, sought after for her warm and easy-listening acoustic versions of your favourite songs. Rachel has performed solo at over 200 national and international weddings; as well as at corporate events at venues including Sky City, Spark Arena, Aotea Centre, Hilton Hotel and more.

In a combination of sweet but expressive vocals often said to have its own unique hook, Rachel’s music is enchanting and sets the perfect tone for any occasion. Highly skilled in mixing personality, professionalism and emotion, Rachel prides herself in creating a unique and memorable atmosphere for your event.

With a Bachelor of Music majoring in songwriting and performance, Rachel’s music career has seen her featured on RNZ, The NZ Herald, Radio Hauraki, MTV and more. In 2020 she performed solo for 10,000 people as the half time act for the Auckland Symphony Orchestra, on Auckland’s waterfront.

Her repertoire includes something for everyone; classic tunes, top 40’s, pop, jazz, indie and soul. She can perform relaxed and easy-listening background music, all the way through to upbeat toe-tapping sets.
