Nigel Hirst is a Queenstown based session musician playing tenor, alto and soprano saxophones, performing with DJ’s as well as several great local bands for clubs, concerts, festivals, weddings and special events. Nigel performs with the Queenstown Funk Orchestra, Master Blasters Band, Raglan Mudsharks, Red Band, Ginger & Tonic and the Jive Pranksters as well as Mojo, LA Social, Turtle Funk and the Flavour. He has performed all over the country as well as Hawaii and the USA. Also a music producer for events Starry Eyed, Songstars and others. Styles includes Jazz, blues, swing, rock, funk, soul, contemporary, dance, hip hop, house.
