Kareem Brown

Kareem Brown is an Auckland based passionate music lover and professional Saxophonist. Taught by his Grandfather from a young age, Kareem’s Saxophone tenure spans nearly 30 years and has seen him play alongside a swathe of renowned Kiwi musicians including Ardijah, King Kapisi and Stan Walker to name a few. With a talented ear for improvisation or ability to perform structured ‘big band’ pieces, Kareem’s experience, style and cool head for pressure have secured him as a regular fixture on numerous stages performing with local and touring international DJ talents and national event fixtures like Christmas in the Park.
